This late ripening robust variety is well suited to the premium Adelaide Hills region. The tightly structured Cabernet Sauvignon, displays scents of blackberries and mint with flavours of dark berry fruit.

Shiraz

This full bodied grape variety is well suited for premium wine production, with a bouquet of lifted cherry and spice aromas. The palate is an elegant yet rich wine with subtle oak characters and fine long tannins evident on the finish.

Sangiovese

This particular Sangiovese is the product of handcrafted winemaking in conjunction with careful nurturing in the true style of Italian Viticulture. Earthy, spicy and nutty characteristics, medium bodied palate with good richness that finishes clean and dry.

Shiraz

This limited release reserve Shiraz is made from select fruit parcels of our award winning world class shiraz block situated in the picturesque Adelaide Hills. The vines have been lovingly cultivated via traditional methods, including the art of hand pruning and picking from vines ranging between 14-30 years old.

Pinot Noir

A light, dry and smooth Pinot with aspects of strawberry and pepper, this red is ideal with red meat, game & poultry

Pinot Grigio

This aromatic wine exhibits outstanding depth of flavour and palate weight. Crisp, citrus finish. Best enjoyed young to capture the vibrant fruit flavours.

Perfect with salmon served on a bed of basil, bocconcini and roma tomatoes, drizzled with basil oil.

Sauvignon Blanc

Totino Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect example of grapes grown in a cool climate. Adelaide Hills is renowned for this varietal and this vintage shows all the characteristics of a fresh Sauvignon Blanc. This wine has aromas of musk, lime blossom and passionfruit

Chardonnay

The Chardonnay grapes forthis pleasant style are hand picked and gentlypressed to preserve the essence of the fruit. Cool controlled fermentation has crafted a wine of pure varietal citrus and stone fruit flavours with lifted herbaceous overtones.
